About Me

Lynette Morse, MS, LMFT
Marriage & Family Therapist

My Path to Therapy

I began my career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, specializing in diabetes education and then eating disorders. Along the way, I discovered how food, our emotional world, and our relationships can be deeply interconnected and influence each other in complex ways. This passion led me to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, where I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, body image concerns, eating disorders and the struggles of  “Am I good enough?”. Today, my practice is focused on psychotherapy.

Why This Work Is Personal to Me

Like many of my clients, I’ve had my own battles with self-doubt and being comfortable with vulnerability. I'm remarried and part of a blended family with three adult sons, which has given me my own experience with the joys, challenges, and complexities that come with family relationships.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me hanging out with family and friends, playing pickleball, riding my bike, walking in nature, or cooking something (hopefully) delicious. These activities keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of finding balance and joy in daily life.

What You Can Expect From Me

Warm & Genuine
I want therapy to feel like a real conversation.

Practical
We'll work toward changes you can carry into everyday life.

Collaborative
We'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and what can help you move forward.

Therapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's about understanding yourself more fully and creating a life that feels more like you.
